After four years of significant growth, Ken Mills will transition out of his CEO role at the end of the month. Duncan Riley, the company’s COO, will assume the role of CEO starting immediately. Ken Mills will work closely with Duncan to ensure a smooth transition. Stepping into the role of CEO is Duncan Riley, a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in the technology sector. Duncan brings fresh energy and a deep understanding of the industry. Duncan joined EPIC’s executive team in conjunction with the acquisition of Twenty20 Solutions, where he was responsible for business strategy and execution as its COO. Before joining Twenty20 Solutions, he was a founder and executive of Global Geophysical Services and held various leadership positions with Schlumberger and Baker Hughes.
